Living and Working on Purpose means knowing your life purpose with crystal clarity and living it—and that means experiencing a purposeful and meaningful life each day and throughout the year—and yes, even during the holiday season which can be a real challenge for many of us, which is why at least once a year we at LOPI like to shed a little light on the Holiday Blues which includes How to Transcend, Transform and Transition from them.
To assist with this endeavor I've invited back to our show Steve Ryals, author of Drunk with Wonder: Awakening to the God Within. Being drunk is a common move many people use during the holidays to help numb themselves from the pain that seems to be heightened during this time—so being “drunk with wonder” seemed to be a much preferred on purpose pattern to replace the other “off purpose pattern.”
For the past 12 years, Steve has lived in the wild mountains of Mendocino County in Northern California with his beloved wife JoAnn. They thrive in an off-the-grid environment, producing most of their electricity from solar panels, with hydro in the winter. Drunk with Wonder was written, edited and designed with almost no help from fossil fuels.
Drunk with Wonder: Awakening to the God Within is the culmination of years of research and decades of personal experience. It's been hailed as where “Conversations with God meets What the Bleep Do We Know?”
