Dr. Raineri has worked in higher education as an Assistant Professor and as a Trainer. She has worked in corporations as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, VP of IT Sales, IT Sales Branch Manager, and Technology Specialist. She also worked through her own company performing consulting, training, facilitation, and writing.
Dr. Raineri is the author of a book on business and spirituality called Wisdom in the Workplace: On the Job Training for the Soul which has been endorsed by Mark Victor Hansen (author of Chicken Soup for the Soul series) and Ken Blanchard (author of The One Minute Manager). She has also written numerous articles that have been published.
Dr. Raineri earned her Ph.D. in Organization and Management. She also earned an M.B.A. in Information Systems in which context she won the sole medal for Excellence in Business. Last, she earned a B.A. in English and Education as well as a B.A. in Computer Science.
