Diane has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, career-transition services, recruiting, and education. She is a frequent speaker and provides training to individual clients and groups in Atlanta and in other regions across the United States on the topic of social networking. In her work for a major outplacement company, she has also opened and managed several large career centers for prominent employers and has been a key contributor to client engagements. Diane was an early adopter of social networks such as LinkedIn early on and is a social networking enthusiast and strategist. She uses social networking tools on an ongoing basis to develop networking contacts for her clients, assist in building personal and professional brands, and for ongoing career management and business development.

Ellen is an experienced presenter and facilitator and has been an invited speaker at numerous professional association meetings and job search support groups. She is recognized as an expert on developing job search strategies, identifying career research resources, and effectively using technology in a job search campaign. Her experience in career coaching is complemented by many years in staffing and executive search, including an officer role in a recruiting firm. In addition, Sautter has developed and implemented marketing strategies for a regional human resource consulting and training company and managed a recruiter network.
