Ricardo Flores

Ricardo's life on purpose is a “life of spiritual peace, mindful-abundance, hope, inspiration, encouragement, and loving guidance to ALL in living their divinely inspired purpose - A life full of Joy and the Miraculous!”

Ricardo expresses his purpose in all dimensions of his life. At work, Ricardo manifests his purpose by being an encourager, and inspirer for ALL to identify their gifts, to be courageous to develop them, to express them, and to go out on a limb to "be themselves” and to put their gifts to the service of others."

Ricardo believes, as Chuck Swindle once said, "...life is 10% what happens to us, and 90% how we react to it!" No matter what our circumstances or our past, we can define our future from what we do today and how we react to what happens in our life.

Ricardo feels that part of his mission is to give hope to all, and inspire people to overcome the obstacles that people face both in their personal world as well as in the corporate world. He uses his analytical and problem solving skills to convey real possibilities, while using the component of faith, belief, and knowledge to propel those possibilities into manifestation.

Ricardo feels that from a personal and a corporate mission standpoint, ".... if we remain grounded in our purpose, in knowing unquestionably why we're here... then... we shall overcome!"
Outside of work Ricardo focuses primarily on his children strengths, on their innate talents, and encourages them to be authentic with who they are, and to dare to dream... and act on those dreams. Similarly with the rest of his family and friends and with different people he comes in contact with.

Ricardo continues to grow on his path to not hold back on life! To live life to the fullest!
He always yearned to be able to sing just for the pure joy of it... In 2006 he attended singing lessons for 5 months to strengthen his foundation in that area; he also learned Karate and in 2006 he achieved red belt status (one before black belt!). He also started on his path to learn to speak Italian.

Ricardo loves the adventure and marvel of traveling to other parts of the world and learning about different cultures.

Ricardo has a vision for bringing the Life On Purpose process to the Spanish Speaking world both in Latin America and the United States, as well as to further spread purposeful living no matter what the language.

Ricardo has chosen to focus on the gifts that God gave him, to both witness and be part of the miraculous in life, and to live a joyful and fulfilling life totally "On Purpose!"
