Andy Robinson & Carrie Robinson
Andy Robinson is currently CEO and Head Coach of CRG Leadership Institute LLC (“CRG”) a national human resources advisory firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and career transition coaching. As Head Coach, Andy has spent the last fifteen years working with scores of executive level professionals in the areas of leadership development, career coaching, and personal/professional performance improvement. Mr. Robinson also has extensive experience as a speaker and trainer in the areas of performance improvement and career development. Prior to joining CRG as CEO and Head Coach, Mr. Robinson was the National Director of Colleague Development at a consulting division of the firm formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), an international professional services firm with over 50,000 employees worldwide. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Carrie is currently President and Managing Principal at CRG Leadership Institute LLC, where she leads the executive recruiting services function. Carrie was previously Managing Principal at Consulting Resource Group, Inc., a nationally-known executive recruiting firm specializing in the professional services industry. With over fifteen years experience as an executive recruiter, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the success traits necessary for successfully navigating the recruiting and job search process and landing an excellent career position. Prior to joining Consulting Resource Group, Carrie served in several leadership positions in the banking industry. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
